How far from Missoula will you deliver a trailer?
We will deliver a trailer within the Missoula city limits free of charge. We can deliver (& pick up) one of our luxury restroom trailers outside of Missoula city limits for an additional mileage fee. This includes the bulk of the Mission Valley as well as the Bitterroot Valley and areas both west and east on I-90. If you need a trailer delivered outside of this range, please contact us for a quote.
Do you have a minimum rental duration?
We require at least a 1-day rental. Our rental rates are charged by the day, not by the hour.
Do you have a base rental price?
Delivery, set up and removal are all included, right?
Absolutely, our prices are 100% turnkey. Leave all of the restroom delivery, setup & removal to us. You focus on your event!
Can I get a tour of the trailer before I book?
It may be possible to see the trailer before you commit to a reservation, but it depends on the availability. The timing can be a bit tricky on this, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you if it is important that you see the space first hand. Please reach out to us for scheduling on our Contact Page.
What is your payment and refund policy?
Deposit & Payment Policy
- To reserve a trailer, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit.
- Thirty (30) days prior to your event, we require full payment of your invoice (trailer base rental plus deliver mileage fees). If payment is not received thirty days prior to the event, Montana Pretty Potty reserves the right to refuse service.
Refund Policy
- There is no refund on monies received.
Damage Deposit Policy
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required. This will be refunded to you once the trailer is picked up, damage-free.
